A wide variety of accessories are available for all laser markers sold by All-Marks and – as is typical with All-Marks – are price and delivery competitive. Special projects are encouraged and welcome.
The Z-axis linear actuators sold by All-Marks are also used in our laser marking job shop operations. After testing a number of commercially available units we came to the unpleasant realization that the only way to provide the best possible – and competitively priced – product was to design and have it built to our demanding specifications. Designed by All-Marks and engineered & manufactured by Linear Engineering, the VACT series of precision Z-axis vertical actuators are Made in the USA and available in a variety of travels. The VACT units are available with right- or left-hand controls and designed to support a maximum 50 lbs. load 12” from the column.
Thorlabs is All-Marks’ exclusive supplier of solid aluminum tooling plates.
The non-magnetic aluminum tooling plates are available in various sizes with either metric- or imperial-threaded holes.
These solid aluminum, nonmagnetic tooling plates provide a convenient and cost-effective platform for Class 1 and Class 4 laser marking systems. They are finished with a black, minimally reflective anodized coating and are through-drilled with a standard 1" (imperial) or 25 mm (metric) hole pattern offset 1/2" or 12.5 mm, respectively, from the edges of the board. The holes are threaded completely through these tooling plates allowing tooling components to be easily mounted.
All-Marks’ Class 1 Laser Safety Enclosure laser has been designed as a universal desktop or workbench mounted solution that can be used with laser markers sold by All-Marks as well as laser markers sold by other suppliers. The motorized Z-axis is controlled by a conveniently mounted pushbutton control box.
The LFB-3072 Laser Marker Enclosure has been designed to be a self-contained and optionally portable device where a class 4 laser marker can be installed and operated safely within the confines of a manufacturing facility. The design and configuration of this enclosure should be discussed with in-plant safety engineers for approval prior to purchase.
