Metalphoto® Durability Characteristics
All-Marks provides a complete solution for durable UID data plates and labels.
Current services include:
- Label design to meet requirements as specified in MIL-STD-130
- Printed UID data labels on exceptionally durable materials including:
- Photosensitive anodized aluminum
- Laser etched aluminum or stainless steel
- Polyester, Kapton, or Cryogenic Thermal Printed Labels
- Precut blank labels cut to customer specifications for in-house UID laser etching requirements
- Validation and verification of labels

Metalphoto® Durability Characteristics
Metalphoto® anodized aluminum material provides exceptional durability under a wide variety of environments including high temperatures, long term outdoor exposure, abrasion, salt spray and most chemicals. Metalphoto® gets its durability from a unique process which imbeds the image within a sapphire hard anodized layer. Metalphoto® is a proven performer whenever appearance, legibility and longevity in harsh environments are important.
