Metalphoto® Durability Characteristics

All-Marks provides a complete solution for durable UID data plates and labels.

Current services include:
- Label design to meet requirements specified in MIL-STD-130N
- Printed UID data labels on exceptionally durable materials including:

  • Photosensitive anodized aluminum

  • Laser etched aluminum or stainless steel

  • Polyester, Kapton, or Cryogenic Thermal Printed Labels

  • Precut blank labels cut to the customer specifications for their in-house UID laser etching requirements

  • Validation and verification of labels

Metalphoto® anodized aluminum material provides exceptional durability under a wide variety of environments including high temperatures, long term outdoor exposure, abrasion, salt spray and most chemicals. Metalphoto® gets its durability from a unique process which imbeds the image within a sapphire hard anodized layer. Metalphoto® is a proven performer whenever appearance, legibility and longevity in harsh environments are important.
